At Theni Delivery, we strive to provide reliable and timely delivery services. This policy outlines the conditions under which refunds or service credits may be issued.

2. Cancellation Policy

✅ Before Pickup

You may cancel your booking at any time before the driver picks up your package.

  • Full Refund: 100% refund if cancelled before driver assignment
  • Partial Refund: 80% refund if cancelled after driver assignment but before pickup

❌ After Pickup

Once the driver has picked up your package, cancellation is not possible.

  • No refund will be issued after pickup
  • Package must be delivered to the destination
  • Return shipping may be arranged at additional cost

3. Refund Eligibility

You may be eligible for a refund in the following cases:

Booking cancelled after driver assignment 80%
Delivery failure due to our fault 100%
Significant delay (>24 hours for instant booking) 50%
Package damaged during transit Case by case
Wrong delivery address (customer error) No refund
Recipient refused delivery No refund

4. How to Request a Refund

Contact Support

Call or email our customer support within 24 hours of the issue.

Share your booking ID, issue description, and any supporting evidence.

Review Process

Our team will review your request within 2-3 business days.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days.

5. Refund Method

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method:

  • Online Payments: Refunded to the same bank account/UPI/card
  • Cash on Delivery: Bank transfer or UPI (account details required)

Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.

6. Damaged Packages

If your package is damaged during transit:

  • Document the damage with photos before accepting delivery
  • Report the issue to customer support within 24 hours
  • Provide original packaging material for inspection
  • Compensation will be based on declared value and damage assessment

Note: We recommend customers to insure valuable items. Theni Delivery's liability is limited to the declared value of the shipment.
